Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds Once Work Begins

All payments made to Loom Central are non-refundable once services have begun. Because our services involve immediate labor, system access, preparation, and allocation of resources, refunds cannot be issued after onboarding, setup, system access, or active work has started—regardless of project completion status.

What counts as “services have begun”?
  • Onboarding and account setup
  • Requesting or using logins / access credentials
  • DNS changes, hosting configuration, or WordPress setup
  • Updates, edits, troubleshooting, monitoring, or security work
  • Time spent reviewing, preparing, or executing your request

Cancellations

If you cancel service, cancellation applies only to future services:

  • Past work, time, and resources already rendered remain billable.
  • We may discontinue management at the end of your paid service period.
  • Where applicable, we will provide reasonable transition guidance.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and could incur administrative fees related to dispute resolution.

Third-Party Costs

Third-party purchases (domains, hosting, plugins, themes, email services) are governed by the third party’s policies and are not refundable by Loom Central.
